    宅在家里觉得也不错。
    放上自己喜欢的音乐，泡上一杯清爽的花茶，边听音乐边阅读，
    平时没时间看的书，现在可以静下心来慢慢品味，
    也可以系统地学习一门技能······

      Dear Megala,
      So nice that you recognize it! I knew you would! I do have a question about “ananda." Does “anada" mean both silence and joy? When I recite sat, chit, ananda, I am blessed and peaceful.
      I no longer have the garden. I am in my hometown now. I left the garden in my past life…

      Another question, I actually visited your blog as always, but I have had a hard time post comments. do I need to reset something in the website system?

      It is so nice to see you here again. I hope you are well. I hope your family is well.

        We are all doing well, and I’ll check out the settings in my site for such issues.
        As far as I know ananda means pure joy, and sat-chit-ananda is really a magical word. 🙂

          Thank you! Pure joy! And yes, I recite sat-chi-ananda everyday. It has been my meditation during the difficult time.
